  William Wiggenhorn
President of Consulting Services,
Educational Development Associates


William Wiggenhorn is responsible for EDA's consulting business including custom-designed executive development strategy, systems and programs, as well as talent management strategies and systems. Prior to joining EDA, Mr. Wiggenhorn served as a senior learning and development executive at Xerox and as chief learning officer at Motorola and Cigna. Perhaps best known for establishing Motorola University (MU) as the benchmark corporate university, Mr. Wiggenhorn expanded MU's international reach to encompass 101 education offices in 24 countries. He currently serves on the Center for Creative Leadership Board of Governors, the Rochester Institute of Technology President's Council, the University of Tennessee Business School Advisory Board, the Villanova University Engineering School Advisory Board, and the Institute for Work and the Economy. Mr. Wiggenhorn also serves as vice chairman of the Asia-based Global Education Management Corporation (GEM), which manages institutions of higher learning in Malaysia and China.
