Tim Barnicle
Engagement Manager
Tim Barnicle is an engagement manager who has worked in the human resource development field for over thirty years. His career includes policy positions in the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives and senior management positions in the U.S. Department of Labor, including Assistant Secretary of Labor for Policy and Budget and Assistant Secretary of Labor for Employment and Training. Mr. Barnicle was the founding Director of the Workforce Strategies Group (WSG) at NCEE and currently serves as a Senior Advisor to the WSG and as a professor in the MBA Program at the University of Massachusetts in Boston. |
